Savory Specials at Sundown This Weekend
Are you ready for more sumptuous weekend specials from Sundown at Granada? This week our inventive team of chefs have come up with some fun and festive features for you to try. For carnivores, we are offering Seared Venison Lollipops served with whipped purple fingerling potatoes, sauteed spinach and a blueberry gastrique. Pair with our Temptress Stout from Lakewood.
For vegetarians, we are offering Roasted Pumpkin and Couscous Salad. This wonderful fall-themed dish is made with roasted pumpkin, couscous, dried cranberries, sage, goat cheese and candied pecans all dressed in an Autumn spice vinaigrette. Pair with our Devil’s Backbone!
