Weekly specials – The Coconut Song

Happy Tuesday! Hope you recovered from the Super Bowl. I wasn’t too terribly surprised with the outcome.  But at least the half time show as pretty awesome.

Speaking of awesome, let’s talk about this week’s specials.   Our featured soup this week is  Jess’s Vegan Hot & Sour Vegetable soup with soba. Feel free to add chicken to this soup for only $1.  Pair it with Peticolas Royal Scandal

Our featured entree is  Billy’s Yellow Fin Tuna with  Sushi rice, Ginger Beurre Blanc and Seaweed Salad. Pair it with Rahr Iron Thistle.

This week we are featuring a dessert.  Check out Cristina’s Vegan Avocado & Coconut Ice Cream with Toasted Coconut.  Sounds exotic. Every time I hear the word coconut, this song pops into my head and will be stake claim in my brain for a few hours.  So now, you will have this gem stuck in yours too. LOL! Pair it with Real Ale Coffee Porter.
